What should I do if my payment failed?

If your payment has failed, first check whether your payment or daily limit is high enough. With payments via iDEAL | Wero, a low limit may prevent the transaction from going through. If the payment still does not succeed, your bank may have declined it.

You can take the following steps:

  • Check if your payment or daily limit is sufficient
  • Verify whether your bank has blocked the payment
  • Transfer the amount manually via bank transfer and include your order number
