Payment unsuccesful or declined

If your payment fails, you can make the payment manually via a bank transfer. Be sure to include your order number with the bank transfer. If you are unsure whether your payment has been received, please contact us so we can verify it for you.
 
Sometimes your bank may reject the payment, for example, if the amount is higher than usual or if our account number is unknown. This is an additional fraud prevention measure. In such cases, you can inform your bank that it is a legitimate purchase so that the payment can be processed.
