When purchasing precious metals, the right of withdrawal does not apply, as it concerns a product related to market prices. At the time of ordering, you enter a payment obligation (and we into a delivery obligation).

By placing an order, you agree that the right of withdrawal does not apply and that the transaction is binding.
The value of precious metals is influenced by fluctuations in financial markets, over which the selling party has no control. For this reason, the right of withdrawal cannot be legally applied. This provision s included in our terms and conditions, specifically in article 6.5.
