All our gold and silver bars are sourced from LBMA Good Delivery–accredited refineries. Newly minted coins are obtained through official distributors of leading mints worldwide. You will always receive a proof of purchase confirming that your products have been carefully verified for authenticity.

All new coins are delivered in the original packaging as received from the mint. For instance, if you purchase a monster box or silver maple leaf coins, you will typically receive it in the unopened and original packaging, sealed with the mint's seal. Gold bars are delivered as newly minted bars with a unique serial number in a sealed package

Pre-owned precious metals may show minor signs of use. As these coins and bars are sourced from private sellers via Inkoop Edelmetaal, we can offer them at a more competitive price. These signs have no impact on the value, purity or applicable guarantees.

The buy-back guarantee means that you can sell your investment coins and bars back to us at any time at a fair price, based on the current market rate.

The Silver Mountain is a registered intermediary and holds the required AFM licence. This ensures a secure and reliable investment.

When purchasing precious metals, the right of withdrawal does not apply, as it concerns a product related to market prices. At the time of ordering, you enter a payment obligation.

It is not possible to cancel your order. For price-depended products, the price is fixed at the time of purchase, which means they are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
