How do i place my order?
Placing an order at The Silver Mountain is simple and secure. You select your desired products, complete your payment at the current market price, and receive your precious metals fully insured at home or collect them by appointment. Below, we explain step by step how the ordering process works.
Step 1: Choose your products
On our website, you will find a wide range of gold, silver and platinum coins and bars. You can easily navigate between investment products and collectible coins. Add your selected items to your shopping cart to start your order.
Step 2: Review your shopping cart
In your shopping cart, you will see an overview of the selected products. Please check whether everything is correct and then click on “Place secure order.”
Once you confirm this step, the price of your products will be fixed for five minutes. This protects you against price fluctuations while you complete your details.
Step 3: Choose your delivery or collection method
Personal delivery service
We deliver your order fully insured and discreetly to your home through our specialised delivery service. You will receive a two-hour delivery time window, and identification is always verified upon delivery. This ensures maximum security.
Collection at our office
You may also collect your order by appointment at our offices in Baarn or The Hague. Collection is always handled discreetly and in a secure environment.
Step 4: Complete your payment
You can safely finalise your order using:

- Bank transfer
- PIN payment upon collection
As precious metals are directly linked to the current market price, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply. Once your order has been placed, it is final.
Step 5: We process your order
Once your payment has been received, we will begin processing, packaging and shipping your order. The products are immediately reserved for you.
If you pay via iDeal | Wero and the products are in stock, you can often select your preferred delivery moment straight away. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a track & trace code.
