How can I combine multiple orders into one delivery?

You can combine multiple orders into one delivery by selecting the same delivery appointment through our personal courier service. If you already have an order with a scheduled delivery date and place a new order afterwards, you can select the same delivery date once the new order is ready for dispatch. Please note the following conditions:

• The orders must have the same delivery address
• A delivery appointment must already be scheduled
• The new order must be ready for dispatch

By combining your orders, you will receive your precious metals in a single delivery at your preferred time.
