For business purchases (orders placed in the name of a company), please contact us to open a business account. Buying precious metals through our webshop is exclusively available to private customers. Business customers must first establish a business account. To do so, please provide us with a Chamber of Commerce extract and a valid identification document. If there are multiple directors and/or shareholders, we also require copies of their identification documents for our records.
 
The Silver Mountain is registered with the Financial Markets Authority (AFM) as a broker in investment products. We are required to conduct a client due diligence process before entering into a business relationship. Please allow a few days for the processing and validation of your business account.
