How do I open a business or wholesale account?

During the checkout process, you can indicate that you are placing an order as a business customer.

After completing your order, you can submit your company details and Chamber of Commerce documents using the button on the confirmation page or through the email you will receive after placing your order.

Due to anti-money laundering regulations, we are required to conduct a customer due diligence check before activating your business account. For this verification, we may request the following documents:

• a recent Chamber of Commerce extract
• a copy of a valid identification document

Once your documents have been reviewed, your business account is usually activated within 1 to 2 business days. After activation, you will be able to place orders in the name of your company.

Ordering from abroad

If you wish to purchase precious metals from abroad and have them delivered as an intra-Community supply, please contact us in advance. Orders for intra-Community deliveries are placed by telephone or email.

Wholesale account

For resellers, The Silver Mountain also offers the possibility to apply for a wholesale account. You may qualify for a wholesale account with a minimum monthly purchase volume of €100,000.
