Does The Silver Mountain have an AFM-license?

As a provider of precious metals combined with professional storage, we are subject to supervision by the Dutch Authority of Financial Markets (AFM) and fully comply with all applicable legal requirements. This means that when you order precious metals in combination with storage, you are able to invest under AFM supervision. Regulatory oversight by the AFM enhances transparency, security, and the overall reliability of your investment. 

Please note that AFM supervision does not apply to transactions where precious metals are physically delivered to you. When you choose to collect your order or have it shipped to your address, the transaction concerns the direct purchase and delivery of physical precious metals and therefore falls outside the scope of AFM-regulated services.
