No, you cannot cancel your order. When purchasing price-related products such as gold, silver, platinum or palladium, cancellation after placing an order is not possible. 

Precious metals are directly linked to fluctuations on the financial markets. As a result, the purchase falls under the statutory exemption to the right of withdrawal. This means that the standard 14-day cooling-off period that normally applies to online purchases does not apply. 

By placing an order, you enter into a binding agreement. You commit to payment and we commit to delivery at the price established at the time of purchase. 

Why does the right of withdrawal not apply to precious metals? 

The law provides that products whose price depends on financial market fluctuations, over which the seller has no control, are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Precious metals fall within this category and are therefore considered price-related products.
