Right of withdrawal
For online purchases, it is generally assumed that the statutory right of withdrawal applies, typically within a period of 14 to 30 days. Such products are exempt from the right of withdrawal and cannot be canceled once ordered. By placing an order, you enter into a binding agreement where you commit to payment and we commit to delivery.
