Can I request a personal consultation or a quote?

You can request both a personal consultation and a quote for larger precious metals purchases. 

What can I expect from a personal consultation? 

A personal consultation is available for orders starting from €10,000. During this meeting, you can expect: 

• An introduction and personal meeting with one of our sales advisors 
• Insight into current developments in the gold and silver markets 
• Guidance on product selection based on your preferences 
• A tour of our showroom and the opportunity to ask questions 
• The possibility to receive a tailored quote 

Please note that we cannot and do not provide advice regarding expectations for gold or silver prices, the best time to buy, or which metals you should purchase. Our guidance is strictly limited to product selection and the settlement of the transaction. 

How can I request a quote? 

For purchases of €50,000 or more, you may request a quote. We will prepare a tailored proposal based on your requirements and intended purchase amount.  After receiving your request, we will contact you within one business day. To request a quote, please complete our contact form and provide the following information: 

• Intended purchase amount 
• Registration details (private individual or company) 
• Allocation between metal types 
• Preferred payment and delivery method (storage, shipping, or collection) 
• All quotes are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of The Silver Mountain. 

Prices stated in our quotes are based on the current live market rate, which is updated every minute on our website. Due to market fluctuations, quotes are valid for a limited period only.
