Will I receive a track & trace code?

Once your order has been packed and handed over to the delivery service, you will receive a track & trace code by email. This allows you to track your shipment online and view the expected delivery time.

• For shipments via PostNL and UPS, you will automatically receive a track & trace code once your parcel has been registered with the delivery service
• With our personal delivery service, you will not receive a track & trace code. Instead, you will receive an email the evening before delivery with a time window of approximately 2 hours around your selected delivery time
