The delivery time of your order is shown on each product page. Orders containing items that are in stock are usually shipped within 24 hours on business days. If you order an item that is not in stock, you will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order with the expected delivery time.
If your order contains multiple items with different delivery times, the available items will be reserved in our warehouse. Once all items in your order are available, you will receive an email to schedule a delivery or collection appointment.
The delivery time depends on the shipping method you selected. Once your order has been shipped via PostNL, UPS, or our personal delivery service, you will receive a tracking code. This allows you to track your shipment online and see an indication of the delivery time.
If you choose our personal delivery service, you can schedule your preferred delivery time.
