How does order pick-up work?

You can safely and discreetly pick up your order at our office locations by appointment in Baarn or The Hague for orders starting from €3,000. During checkout, simply select ‘pick up’ as your delivery method.

• Are the products in stock? Then you can immediately select your preferred pick-up time during checkout.
• Are the products not yet in stock? You will receive an email from us once your order is ready, after which we will schedule a pick-up appointment together.

Our office locations are specifically designed for the secure transfer of precious metals and are equipped with appropriate security measures. For this reason, we do not keep stock at our offices, and pick up is strictly by appointment.

What should you bring when picking up your order?

To ensure a safe and correct handover, please bring:

• A valid form of identification
• Your payment method (debit card) if you choose to pay on-site

If you choose to pay by debit card, please check your payment limit in advance. Some banks may require several hours before a limit increase becomes active.

What do we do with your personal data?

Your privacy and security are very important to us. When picking up your order, your details are recorded in our visitor log to ensure a correct and secure transfer.

Can someone else pick up your order?

It is possible to have your order picked up by a third party via a letter of authorization. The following conditions apply:

• You inform us in advance who will pick up the order
• We receive a copy of the identification document of this person
• You sign a letter of authorization granting permission
• The authorized person brings the document and identifies themselves upon collection
• A signature is required upon receipt of the order
