Please note: delivery via our home courier is not available on the Wadden Islands. If you reside on one of the Wadden Islands, we recommend selecting an alternative delivery method.

For international shipments within Europe, we use UPS. Delivery takes place during the day and is made exclusively to your address. A signature is required upon receipt.
UPS delivers from Monday to Friday. If you are not at home, UPS may deliver the parcel to a neighbour, to the nearest available service point, or attempt redelivery on the next working day.
Through UPS MyChoice, you can adjust your delivery time or location according to your preference.
The average delivery time is three to five working days from the moment the parcel leaves our warehouse. You will receive a track & trace code to monitor your shipment.
For higher order values, we offer delivery by appointment via a discreet member of our own team. During delivery, we can provide a personal explanation of the product if desired.
This exclusive private courier service is available for order values starting from €20,000.
You may collect your order by appointment at one of our office locations.
