Which shipping methods can I choose?

When ordering precious metals from The Silver Mountain, you can choose between delivery via PostNL, UPS home delivery, our personal delivery service, or a private courier. Each method is fully insured and tailored to the value and nature of your order.

Delivery with our personal delivery service

Would you prefer your order to be delivered discreetly? Our personal delivery service ensures a low-profile handover at the address you specify.

• Deliveries take place on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. You can select your preferred delivery time.
• This service is available for orders up to €50,000 and is free of charge for orders above €20,000.
• Please note: delivery via our home courier is not available on the Wadden Islands. If you reside on one of the Wadden Islands, we recommend selecting an alternative delivery method.

Specific delivery regions

• Groningen, Friesland, Drenthe; delivery on Tuesday – postal codes 7700 to 7999 and 8300 to 9999
• Limburg: delivery on Friday – postal codes 6000 to 6499
• Zeeland: delivery on Friday – postal codes 4300 to 4599

Delivery to a PostNL service point

• You may choose to collect your order at a PostNL service point near you. Identification and a signature are required upon collection.
• Delivery to a PostNL service point is available for orders up to €2,000. Your parcel will remain available for collection for seven days at the selected service point.

UPS Home Delivery

For international shipments within Europe, we use UPS. Delivery takes place during the day and is made exclusively to your address. A signature is required upon receipt.

UPS delivers from Monday to Friday. If you are not at home, UPS may deliver the parcel to a neighbour, to the nearest available service point, or attempt redelivery on the next working day.

Through UPS MyChoice, you can adjust your delivery time or location according to your preference.

The average delivery time is three to five working days from the moment the parcel leaves our warehouse. You will receive a track & trace code to monitor your shipment.

Private courier

For higher order values, we offer delivery by appointment via a discreet member of our own team. During delivery, we can provide a personal explanation of the product if desired.

This exclusive private courier service is available for order values starting from €20,000.

Collect your order at our office

You may collect your order by appointment at one of our office locations.

• Baarn: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 16:00
• The Hague: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10:00 to 16:00
