Delivery time

Products in stock are usually shipped within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM and paid via iDEAL are generally delivered the next day, provided they are in stock.
 


Assigning stock

Pay as soon as possible to secure the current stock, which will only be allocated to your order after your payment has been received. If you pay by bank transfer, the stock may be sold to another customer in the meantime, which could extend the delivery time of your order.

 
When shipping with PostNL, our personal delivery service, or UPS, you will receive a track & trace code as soon as the order has been shipped. This allows you to track the package online and gives you an estimate of the delivery time.
 
When shipping with a private courier, our scheduler will contact you within 5 business days to discuss delivery days in your region and to schedule an appointment. Due to high demand, scheduling may sometimes take longer. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you haven’t been able to make an appointment after 5 business days.

Where can I see the expected delivery time?

The expected delivery time is shown on the product page and in your shopping cart. You will also receive an email with the order confirmation, which will include the expected delivery time. Once all products are in stock, we will ship your order, and you will receive a track & trace code, or an appointment will be scheduled for you to pick up the order at our office.
