This coin is struck in 90% gold and has a limited mintage of 6.000 pieces worldwide. These coins are issued to celebrate the expansion of the European Union with 10 new countries and the Dutch presidancy. The coin is designed by Mirjam and Hester Mieras. On the obverse of the coin Queen Beatrix is portrayed. On the reverse of this coin the face value (10 euro) is depicted. This coin is offered with the original coin capsule.
