When will I receive my payment?

When you sell precious metals to us through our subsidiary Inkoop Edelmetaal, payment is processed very quickly. In most cases, you will receive the payment within 24 hours after your precious metals have been inspected. The amount is usually credited to your bank account no later than 48 hours after your sales order has been completed.

Completion of your sales order

  • Fast inspection: as soon as your shipment arrives, it is immediately inspected by our experts. Once approved, the payment is initiated within 24 hours. 
  • Bank processing: depending on your bank and the timing of the inspection, the funds usually arrive in your account within one to two business days. 
  • The Silver Mountain reliability: although the physical purchase is handled by Inkoop Edelmetaal, you benefit from the reliability and speed you expect from The Silver Mountain.
