In 2007, Michiel de Ruyter, Hollands most succesfull admiral ever, was born 400 years ago. To honor Michiel de Ruyter and his historical victories, this set is created with 3 different coins.

The first coin in this special condition is a Michiel de Ruyter Vijfje (5 Euro silver Proof). Struck in 11.9 grams Sterling (925) silver with a diameter of 29mm. The second coin is a Michiel de Ruyter Ten Guilder (10 Euro gold Proof) of 6.72 grams gold (90% fine gold). The third coin in this collection is a Michiel de Ruyter silver medal of honor. This medal has a limited mintage of only 500 pieces worldwide.
