The gold coin 10 Gulden Netherlands Antilles was minted in 1980 to mark the 25th anniversary of Queen Beatrix's coronation. The coin is struck in 90% gold (6.05 grams of pure gold) and weighs 6.72 grams.

The coat of arms of the Netherlands Antilles is central to the obverse of the coin. The coat of arms is surrounded by a circle with the text “NEDERLANDSE ANTILLEN.” The coat of arms itself shows a shield with five horizontal stripes in the colors blue, white, yellow, red and blue. On the white stripe is a golden lion. Above the shield is a crown. At the bottom of the coat of arms is the text “10 GULDEN.”
 
The reverse of the coin features a portrait of Queen Beatrix facing left. Beatrix is wearing a diadem and pearl necklace. Surrounding the portrait is the text “BEATRIX KONINGIN DER NEDERLANDEN”. The year “1980” is struck at the bottom of the coin.
