Design of the Italia & Germania coin

The obverse of the Italia & Germania coin features two beautiful women who symbolize Italy and Germany. Italy is the left woman who has beautiful curly hair. Her crown represents an emblem of guardian gods who watch over the city. The woman of the right embodies Germany and rests her hand on the shoulder of Italy. The two women are close to each other, symbolizing the friendship between the two cultures. The Horn of Plenty can also be seen, and it symbolizes prosperity and wealth.

On the reverse of the Italia & Germania coin is the coat of arms that represents moral principles and noble values. The coat of arms of Germany was created by the Germania Mint according to their own interpretation. This is the case since Germany has never been an official country. This has been done in accordance with applicable heraldry rules. The four parts of the shield each have their own meaning, but the shield itself symbolizes truth, loyalty, and trust. The crown that can be seen symbolizes authority, nobility, and chivalry. All values symbolized on the reverse are values that were respected by Italy and Germania.
