Obverse
The obverse of the coin depicts a glass-style view from Van Gogh's window in Saint-Remy-de-Provence and shows the sky just before sunrise. On the reverse the inscriptions: "STARRY NIGHT" - the name of the coin and "Vincent Van Gogh" - the artist's name.
Reverse
The reverse of the coin shows the image of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the inscriptions: "ELIZABETH II" - the name of the queen, "REPUBLIC OF GHANA" - the country of issue, "TEN CEDIS" - the face value, "2 oz AG 999" - the weight of the coin and the fineness of the silver and "2022" - the year of issue.
