This 2 troy ounce silver The Werewolf coin is part of the Creatures of the North series. The coin is completely dedicated to the werewolf. According to stories, these impressive creatures emerge when the moon is full. In addition to an impressive design, the coin has two advanced security features, consisting of two radial lines and a micro-engraved laser-cut maple leaf. It reads ''21'', an abbreviation of the year.The coin has a weight of 62.206 grams fine silver (99.99%), a diameter of 38 mm and a face value of $10 in the country of origin.
The coin comes in a protective capsule, per 14 pieces in a coin tube and per 280 in a sample box.
Design Werewolf Coin
Obverse
The obverse of the coin depicts an impressive werewolf, designed by Gerald Gloade with incredible detail. The werewolf looks dangerous and comes to life through the details. Another beautiful detail is the full moon that can be seen in the background. To the left of the werewolf you will see the security emblem and all around you will see the inscriptions CANADA - the country of issue, FINE SILVER 2 OZ ARGENT PUR - the weight and purity of the silver coin.
Reverse
On the back you can see the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, designed by Susanna Blunt. Around it are the inscriptions 2021 - the year of issue, 10 DOLLARS - the face value of the coin, ELIZABETH II - the Queen's name and DG REGINA - the Latin abbreviation for: "by the grace of God, Queen" .
