The reverse of the White Greyhound coin is entirely dedicated to the White Greyhound of Richmond. The greyhound is depicted together with a shield on which a Tudor Rose is featured. Historically, this is something that is being associated with Henry VII. This is because his father, Edmund Tudor, was earl of Richmond and the White Greyhound was associated with Richmond.
