The obverse of the silver bar depicts a woman with very long hair. The many locks of hair cover the entire background of the bar and are shown in many wavy movements. This design mainly uses many flowing lines to emphasise the characteristics of the Art Nouveau art movement.
The back of the bar features various inscriptions, such as the logo of the Argentia mint house, the weight of the bar, the type of precious metal and the silver content of the bar. Surrounding the inscriptions is a detailed repeating design, a combination of circles and bars. This also makes the back of this silver bar very special.
