The latest release in the Royal Tudor Beasts series: the 10 troy ounce silver Seymour Unicorn coin in proof quality. Minted by The Royal Mint, the coin contains 10 troy ounces, equivalent to 311 grams, of 99.99% pure silver.
This coin was designed in collaboration with the experts at Historic Royal Palaces. The coin comes with a booklet describing the heraldry of Henry VIII and the Seymour Unicorn.
 
The obverse of the coin was designed by David Lawrence and the reverse was designed by Martin Jennings. The coin has a diameter of 65 millimeters and a face value of 10 pounds.
 
This 10 troy ounce silver Seymour Unicorn coin in proof quality comes in a presentation box along with the certificate of authenticity. The worldwide circulation is limited to 100 pieces.

Design 10 troy ounce Seymour Unicorn

The obverse was designed by David Lawrence. He was inspired by the Seymour Unicorn that adorns the Moat Bridge at Hampton Court Palace. Around it are the inscriptions 2024 - the year of issue and SEYMOUR UNICORN - the name of the coin.
 
The reverse, designed by Martin Jennings, shows the effigy of King Charles III. Around it are the inscriptions 2024 - the year of issue, 10 POUNDS - the face value of the coin, CHARLES III - the king's name and D. G. REX F. D. - the Latin abbreviation for "in God's grace, king.
