This silver bar weighs 50 grams and each bar is struck in fine silver (99,9%). We supply new Umicore silver bars in their original packaging and direct from the manufacturer. The bars are for sale per piece and all prices include VAT.

Umicore

Umicore is the producer of the Umicore bar. Umicore is a high-quality smelter from Belgium. It has been in the smelting industry for a long time, since 1800. Also, Umicore bars have an LBMA Good Delivery status. This status confirms the high quality and also makes it easy to trade the bars as they are being acknowledged worldwide.

Storage

To safeguard your metals, we offer you the option of storing your bars. This is done at our partner Edelmetaal Beheer Nederland (EBN). Edelmetaal Beheer Nederland has an AFM license and can offer you certainty about the safety of your metals. Your metals are stored safely, heavliy guarded and insured. The store locations are in Rotterdam and Zurich. Both locations offer fully allocated storage. This means that your metals are stored under your name and is your legal property.

VAT

When you buy a silver bar, it is taxed with 21% VAT. Because of this VAT, silver coins are more interesting in some cases. If you want to purchase a silver bar with your company, u can reclaim the VAT on behalf of your company. For the individuals, there is an alternative called: the coinbar or kilocoin.
