Obverse
The obverse of this gold Mexican Libertad coin features a statue of the winged Mexican goddess of freedom with mountain peaks in the background. Reverse
The reverse shows the national coat of arms of Mexico. All around you can see the inscriptions ESTADOS UNIDOS MEXICANOS – the United Mexican States. Also on display are several different national coats of arms used throughout Mexican history.
