Design Dual Essence: Chronos silver coin

Obverse

The obverse of this silver collectible coin depicts the passage of time and a human life in a special way. In the center is a man, the left half is an older man and the right half is a young man. In his hand he hold a gilded hourglass which is another reference to time. In the background is a series of numbers. A nice detail is the pointer standing on the number XXI (21). This refers to the coin house MINT XXI. In addition, the entire coin is full of beautiful details.

Reverse

The reverse side of the collectible coin features half of a sun and half of a moon. The two figures blend together as well. The left side of the coin is rendered lighter with clear sun rays. The right side is rendered darker. This also depicts the contrast between day and night. The hands represent growth and decay, inevitable parts of a life cycle. Various inscriptions have also been added on this side, such as the county and year of issue, weight, face value and silver content of Ag999. At the bottom, XXI is shown in reference to the mint.
