The 15 grams gold Panda coin 2017 contains 15 grams of fine gold (99,9%). The Panda coins are minted by the China Gold Coin. These coins are struck according to the metric system. This means that the Panda coins will no longer be available in 1, 1/2, 1/4, 1/10 and 1/20 troy ounce, but in 30, 15, 8, 3 and 1 grams. This way of producing gold coins makes the Panda gold coins unique and very interesting for collectors of gold coins.
On the obverse of the gold Panda coin 2017 a Panda is depicted, chewing on a bamboo branch. On the obverse the big 'Temple of Heaven' in Beijing is depicted.
