Buying precious metals from The Silver Mountain is safe. We use a secure website (SSL) and only supply precious metals from LBMA-accredited producers. All orders are fully insured during shipping. You can choose our personal delivery service, which has a 100% success rate, or opt for collection by appointment in Baarn or The Hague. In addition, The Silver Mountain holds an AFM license for mediation in precious metals in combination with storage, allowing you to invest under the supervision of the AFM.
Is it possible to sell precious metals to The Silver Mountain?
It is possible to sell precious metals to The Silver Mountain, including metals not originally purchased from us. Sales are handled through our sister company, Inkoop Edelmetaal. You can sell your precious metals based on current market prices. This can be done via remote selling with our home collection service, by appointment at our office, or directly from storage with Edelmetaal Beheer Nederland.
Can I collect my order?
It is possible to collect your order from The Silver Mountain. During checkout, you can schedule an appointment for collection. We do not hold stock at our office locations and do not operate a physical retail store. Collection without an appointment is therefore not possible.
Are your prices up to date and what costs apply?
All our prices are up to date and are adjusted continuously based on the latest gold and silver prices. At the moment you place your order, the price is fixed. Any additional costs are clearly shown during checkout and depend on the selected payment and shipping methods.
