All payments by bank transfer are due within two or three business days. Since we purchase the gold and silver directly at the moment you place your order, we request a quick payment. If you have a bank account in The Netherlands you can pay by iDeal, which is the most common payment method. If you have a bank account in Euro’s elsewhere in Europe, you can send your payment by international bank transfer, using the bank account details mentioned above.
Payment in cash
Cash payments are possible for orders up to EUR 10.000,- if you pick up an order. If you order online, you will find we have limited this payment method for amounts up to EUR 10.000,- and we request you to contact us by phone if you want to place an order of a higher value so we can make the arrangements and book the appointment for you.
If you pick up your order at our office in Baarn, you are also able to pay by PIN. Please note, PIN payments are possible for debit cards only – we do not accept payments by credit card. At most bank accounts the amount you can pay through PIN payments is limited to EUR 500 on a daily basis, which you have to raise before you pick up the order if this is insufficient to pay your full purchase amount.
