Change data

Once you are logged in you can change your details. You can always change the details of your account and you can also create multiple addresses if you want to use multiple delivery addresses or also want to purchase in the name of a company. You can always change the details of your account. The information on your invoice cannot be changed afterward.

Where can I find my invoice?

If you have placed an order, you will receive an invoice from us confirming receipt of payment. You usually receive the invoice after we have received the payment. We will send this invoice by e-mail and you can also find the invoices in your account.

If you have not received an invoice, you can request it by contacting us.

Business account

If you want to open an account in the name of a company, you must contact us in advance. We would like to receive your company details including a recent extract from the Chamber of Commerce and a copy of your ID. In connection with the Wwft, we must conduct a client investigation before your business account is activated. This can take 1 to 2 business days. After your account has been created, you can make purchases in the name of your company.

If you want to buy precious metal from abroad and have it delivered as an intra-Community delivery, this is also possible. It is then only possible to order by telephone or e-mail.

Wholesale account

To open a wholesale account, please contact us. You are eligible for a wholesale account with a monthly purchase of at least EUR 100,000. We deliver all products on our website at wholesale rates and can also offer dropshipping solutions for resellers within Europe.
